Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
Absolutely! We love to combine shipping. When you finish placing your items in your cart, simply continue to proceed through our checkout process and it will automatically generate a combined S&H rate and give you your total.

What if I am unable to place an item in my cart or enter the quantity that I want to purchase?
If this happens, it means that particular product is out of stock or has a limited amount of pieces available at this time. If you would like to see if a product will be restocked soon or would like to place a prepaid Special Order for a larger quantity, feel free to send us an email or call our office at (770) 427-4027 9:00AM-3:00PM M-F Eastern Time.

I don't like to order things online and enter my credit card information online. Can I place an order with your company any other way?
No problem! Give us a call at (770) 427-4027 and place an order with a real person. We love to talk one-on-one with our customers! We can create an order for you, take your credit card payment over the phone.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer a variety of payment options including Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, Google Checkout and Paypal. Our checkout site is completely secure and all credit card information is purged immediately following payment completion/authorization.

Do you share your customer's information with 3rd parties?
Absolutely not! All your contact information is kept completely confidential.

How can I find our more information about a product before I place my order?

How long will it take my order to ship?
We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We normally are able to ship your order within 48 hours of cleared/authorized payment.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We're sorry, at this time we are not equipped to offer next-day or 2-day shipping. We ship via the U.S. Postal Service & FedEx Ground Service. The majority of orders reach their destination within 3-7 days. FedEx delivers to residences Tuesday-Saturday and to businesses Monday-Friday.
