Please note, all shipping/handling/insurance charges quoted are for US shipments in the continguous states only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or the US territories need to email us for a quote. Sorry at this time we do not ship internationally.

Note: Georgia Residents are subject to a 6% state sales tax.

Lost or Damaged Item
All of our shipments include our Package Protection coverage.

LOST
An order shipped via the US Postal Service is considered lost if it does not have delivery confirmation within 30 days of the ship date. If your order was shipped via FedEx and the tracking details show delivery but you have not received your package, contact us immediately. If after this time your item(s) has not arrived a replacement will be issued. A refund will sent only if a replacement item is not available.

All damages and shortages MUST be reported within 3 days of delivery.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE
While we always make every effort to ensure your items arrive safely, accidents do happen. In the event that an item is damaged during shipping, please Contact Us within three days of the completed delivery and our Customer Service team will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
